Im sure it could be set up.....even using something as simple as outlook express or another mail tool. The threads could be imported and then one would have an offline database.
I certainly could do with something like that at this stage...too much info to digest at once and better to store it for later accessibility.

The main problem is that only some areas of Civ2 knowledge are ordered and condensed in guides. More people willing to sift forums and to build condensed threads is needed.
