These reviews sound very interesting! Any chance of putting the latest files on the Scenario League?

I should really take a break from building scenarios and actually play one to remind me what it is all about. I keep saving them up for a rainy day that never comes (well the rain never stops but you know what I mean ).

My game is progressing fine. At the start of winter nearly all spring/summer objectives were met. England is under my control, except for Belfast. I must say that it was not as tough as I expected. In the east Stalingrad took some more effort, taking up more resources then planned. Which meant that capturing all the oil fields in the middle east was just out of range. But with my panzers at the gates of Al Basrah and Kuwait not too far away, all the oil will be mine soon!

The winter will be used to mop up the final resitance in the east and expansion in north africa.

I love grabbing the oilfields!
So much easier on the economy, and keeps the tanks well fed...

There is a mistake in the summer '45 events file. I´ve replaced Panzer III with the Panzer IV, it works now very fine.

Operation Overlord was very successfully. France is under my control, my Sherman tanks are 10 miles from Cologne away. Vichy-France surrenders after a hard fight.
German troops now have to fight on two fronts.
Now it´s time to liberate the Germans from their Nazi terror regime.

Yes, Berlin was taken in winter '45. Adolf fleed to Grodno but I will catch him. Allied troops preparing to liberate Poland and bringing them freedom and democracy.

It seems that this mistake with the Panzer III were also in the event file winter '45 and summer '46. I´ve fixed it on the downloaded files and all works very good.
Unfortunatelly the game crashed before the last four turns and got me back to the desktop. Maybe I will start a new attempt tomorrow.

All in one I can say that it is a very good scenario and is funny to play.

UPDATE - OSTFRONT IS UNDERWAY!

A totally new upgrade, and is now called: 'Ostfront'...

Been busy today...!
Here is what is going on:

*Possible to play as Allies/Soviets or Axis with a whole dedicated series of events for each side...

*New batch-file and events for both Allies/Soviets and Axis, up to Summer 1942 is ready.

*Allied/Soviet events version makes German AI forces tougher/cheaper and spawns extra units.

*Axis events version creates tons of cheap Soviet units and boosts Allied/Soviet unit strengths.

Early impressions:

*Playing as the Germans in Aug 1941 - A tougher fight, and real logistical problems with weary units!

*This could be the answer to making this scenario a real blast to play...Feeling good about this!

*Been tweaking all the units a LOT and things are almost satisfactory (by my standards)...

*Artillery (moves x 2) and SP guns have much bigger role to play, and the AI makes full use of them.

*Overall this is really the proper WW2 epic scenario I wanted to make...You'll see what I mean!

A playtest will be ready this week - If anyone wants to try it out...Email me!
