Superb cities Curt. I like the little Notre Dame cathedral.

Btw Techumseh, I´ve used in my german AWI files Umlauts (Füsiliere, Königl. Grenadiere, etc...) and I didn´t have any problems with the event files. It seems that they work with TOT. In MGE I had problems with them so I never used umlauts.
I think you shouldn´t have any problems by using the city names Köln, Königsberg, Münster, etc...
