The North Koreans aren't capturing South Korea in the first few turns fast enough. I'm considering giving them more tanks and artillery to start.

There are some ****-ups: you have messed up the wing of the Sea Fury, presumably when you added the national flag. The Sabre seems to have lost it's Korean War colours. Also, I think I said I'd make correctly coloured versions of my Russian aircraft when the scenario was in a playable state.

Some of the infantry mods seem a little unusual as well.

My apologies on the aircraft, good sir. I'd be most honored if you could remedy them when my scen is ready for beta (which should be soon). As for the infantry, Chris found this Korean War vintage poster that had those uniforms, though he did say he wasn't happy with some of his mods.

Update: All UN reinforcements events (except the Nuclear Realease tech one, which is optional for a player and ultimately ahistorical) are done (four reinforcements events, including the Inch'on invasion, are turn-based, and four come from researching 'Reinforcements' techs), as well as the events to trigger Chinese and Soviet (separately) intervention.

If I may ask Gareth, what exactly do you find unusual about some of the infantry mods? I ask because I was the one who modified quite afew of them for the scenario, and I've always been open to any feedback from the original artwork artist which is of you 99.9% of the time .

Pretty anal of me to bother, but here you go:

There's a russian with a WW2 Brit helmet grafted on, the US helmets have been replaced with a generic one from Dictator, some of the shooting riflemen have had there in-profile heads replaced by 'full-face' heads, the Frenchman has early WW2 F Foreign Legion helmet and uniform, the Turk (and other UN chappies) has a brown uniform rather than US M43 fatigues. Anal as I said

Basically, all UN troops other than Commonwealth should dressed in US green fatigues and M43 combat dress.

                  Ignore my grumpiness

I'll make the changes when the Beta is ready.

@Fairline: Other than a matter I sent Chris an e-mail about, the beta is ready for playtest. If you'd be so kind as to fix those aircraft, I'd be most obliged. Thanks in advance!

                      BETA AVAILABLE FOR PLAYTEST

Okay, here's the beta, available for playtest. Note that certain graphics may be updated before the final release, as per Fairline's comments. There are no posted sounds yet; if there's a demand, though, I'll post what I have. Here's the main game files.

I've taken a very preliminary look and I have to say I love the look and the feel of the game map. Once again Curt I have to say those asian cities of yours are magnificent .

This is wierd! The different files have different numbers of downloads each. Just so everyone knows, you do need all three zip files to play the scen.
