I'm hoping that I won't be anywhere near Amsterdam next year.

And as much as I love you guys, I'm not gonna change any travel plans just to see you.

Not that I have any plans at the moment. I might very well be in Amsterdam then, or I may very well have the money and will to get there if I'm somewhere else.

I don't think that far ahead, and I won't be thinking that far ahead until I've graduated at least.

... And I don't know why all of you think Amsterdam is so special. I'd rather be in Canada.

... How many of you have a webcam?

Well if you don't like Amsterdam the next Dutch Apolyton meeting will be planned in Utrecht , the end of nov '05. I just organize it around the HCC dagen, easier to reserve a spot ahead in my agenda: HCC dagen = Dutch Apolyton meeting.

Of course visitors from abroad are always welcome.

Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.

Well, despite me being a poor uni student still living with his parents, I'll be sure to share some alcoholic bevrages with any of you who gets this far south.

I do have plans to visit Europe in the future (might be not so near though) but not right now. If I'm ever over there, a Sleague meet is a must

Anywhere in Western Europe is probably feasible for me. My suggestion - Glasgow. I believe it's the city with the largest SL population in the world (Curt and I).

We could always have low-level "SL Hostelry" whereby SLeaguers who are travelling arrange to meet up with others from that country with possibility of free short-stay accommodation
This would be a really, really, great idea. Definitely worth mentioning in the community forum.

I'd favor Glasgow over Amsterdam. Haggis for everyone!

There's a chance I could make it, but it'd be tough. Be worth it to see such a gathering of fellow geeks.

I second Thessalonike It appears that it has at least 2 sl members as well (i think that Palaiologos is from here too, although i am not sure, in which case it would have 3, anb become the sl world capital)

Well, here is an utterly pathetic pic of me, from around half a year ago, when i didnt shave much and neither did i smile

But dont worry, in reality i look more human (and i dont have 256 colours)

here i look mostly like Isidore Ducas.

We should revive it then, methinks

                                Sorry for that double post
