OK, so where's this title page?

I visited this thread some time ago and so went looking through my old AD&D stuff for suitable candidates. I found some cover art by former TSR artist Jim Holloway showing a bunch of orcs making a last stand on a battlefield. Curt beat me to the punch, though.
