Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
I haven't had much time to look at this, but one initial comment I'd like to make is the lack of diversity in unit cost. Units are priced only in increments of 50, which doesn't really suit a player like myself who likes to maximise shield usage. Besides my own personal style, it also doesn't make much sense value-wise in certain circumstances e.g. a Matilda or 2 Cruiser II's - I know what I'm going to invest in.
Graphics look great - I'm going to have a go with the Germans to start off I think - Deity difficulty of course.
STDs are like pokemon... you gotta catch them ALL!!!
The unit costs were picked to try and fend off the 'too many
units' message that had began to crop up in the late game,
most due to the AI mass-building units...
If it becomes a total hassle, I can make changes.
And as always, I am fully open to suggestions from the posters!
Well, I've played through until 1941, and I like what I've seen so far. London fell in February, followed by Liverpool (I had to use 12 bombers to clear that city of infantry ).
Things didn't go so well on other fronts though - damn Italians! My forces captured Tobruk only to be decimated by patrolling British battleships! Luckily the Fuhrer reinforced North Africa with the Afrika Corps the following turn or the Axis might have been routed! But with Alexandria now cleared of soldiers, it looks as though the North African campaign has swung in favour of the Axis again...
In the East the fighting between the Japanese and Chinese is vicious - yet neither have succeeded in gaining much ground. Thrilling to watch though!

Intelligence reports that German Wespes can now fire over city walls.
Some frozen Canadian still want to come south to thaw out. The longest undefended border in the world is now a solid, coast-to-coast zigzag of garrison units.
Thanks for the compliment to American inventive genius and industry but seriously doubt that Mustang is a better fighter than Me-263.
The sleeping giant has awakened and thrown down the gauntlet to all tinpot dictators.
Let the fun commence!

You must have spent much time collecting 1930's and 1940's photos for city improvements and wonders. IMO, the results are well worth your effort. The photos add so much atmosphere. Nothing could possibly better describe British diplomacy in the 1930's than the bit of Monty Python lunacy.
I got messages that an aqueduct was needed for further growth of size 4 and 5 cities whereas the Pedia was saying that I should be OK. This one had me scratching my head for a while.
PEDIA:
@;Aqueduct
@PEDIAIMPROVE9
Allows city to increase beyond size 8.
RULES:
4 ; Aqueduct needed to exceed this size
Which one did you intend?
I don't want to backtrack 5 turns so I'll go with the Pedia version and change my Rules file.

Also, I am wondering how many people would be interested in a 'Open Season'
version of this scenario. I used to make these for the MGE versions. It really is
a mad version of the Dictator WW2, where anything can happen as of 1940.
The game setup is the same as the regular, only with fully dilpomacy and the
ability to stab your allies in the back! Also the tech-activated invasions are
no longer in there – You must carry out your own war effort!
