Easy, you make both the dive & torpedo bomber normal bombers but you give the torpedo plane the submarine flag, that way it can only attack sea units. It has been done repeatedly in the past.

I tried to combine this with the fighter flag to make a dedicated air defence fighter once (F14, Mig31). It did't have bombing capabilities, but it shot aircraft only over water squares. And ships. Bummer.

...and specially for Phenix some bastardised trimmed, reversed and repainted in colour-reduced MGE 8-bit palette versions. They are probably a bit big, but there you go...

some strategic command units that did not transfer from 256 colour bmp to gif format very well
the colours not converting properly pretty much ended my ww2 simple graphics scenario project,

BTW, on a side note, but related to this thread, in the movie 'Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow,' was the plane Sky Captain flew a P-40, or am I mistaken?

i think a lot of our modded units can be traced back to a fairline unit,

One of those happy coincidences in life.

As is this one: Japanese troops of the Malaya Campaign, 1942

Didn't turn out too well I'm afraid
