    dl Problem

I was trying to download Spartacus from the Scenario League. File 1 dl Ok. When I click on File 2 or the Sounds it goes to the Home page!?!

I clicked on Edit and it all looks normal!

Anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

The Scenario League Wiki page is still FUBAR!

If I knew how to sort it out I would, unfortunately I don't have a scoobie doo!

On the Home page there are the messages "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/sleague/public_html/skins/MySkin.php on line 107" and "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/sleague/public_html/skins/MySkin.php on line 132"

Also the navigation bar that takes you to the different sections of the site is missing.

Who knows how to fix these problems?

It does not seem like a major thing as all the pages seem to be there still!

After all the work people have put in to the site in recent months and years it would be a shame to leave it in this damaged state.

Also, did the spamming issue get resolved?

Ughh. My HTML days are way too far in the past, thank god, but when I looked at the source for most of the .php files in the skins directory they were blank pages... I'm not sure what that means. Perhaps someone more "series of tubes" savvy...

Does anyone know what happened to our SL wiki site? It started as some spam, but now there are error messages, and many items are missing from the menu. Was someone trying to fix it? Or the opposite?

It was my understanding from St. Leo and Mercator, that a record of previous configurations was kept, and could be restored at any time if vandalism occured. If so, it should be possible to restore the pages as they existed after the outstanding recent upgrades by Koby and Werd 100.

Is this so? If so, how do we go about it? Can you help Leo or Merc? Or anyone?

That record-keeping refers to how the wiki works. The previous version of an article is kept after it's been edited. You can see that record of an article when you click on the "history" link in the bottom-left of each page.

But from what I've heard, this is something that goes beyond the wiki system, due to upgrades in software on the server. Not sure of the details, but as far as I know, only St. Leo and the Apolyton admins can fix that.

Hmmm, I see the Spartacus files are still there, but for some reason the actual file names have spelling errors in them, so the links (with sensible names) on the Spartacus page are broken.

I've fixed the broken file links on the Spartacus page. I would have fixed the file names instead, but I need to re-upload those files for that, and uploads seem to be disabled at the moment.

              Done:
              - Navigation fixed
              - Layout fixed
              - File uploads reenabled
              - Only existing users can register new users
              - Having a confirmed email account is now required for a bunch of things
              - Uploads from URL enabled

              Sorry it took so long.

Thank you again. Btw, who made the very pretty era banners on the scenario download pages?

Thanks St.Leo. Great to have the Scenario League up and running again

When I get a moment I will add all the unit thumbs for the scenarios. May not all be the same as originals as I may not remember them all. Anyone can alter them if they are not happy!

Werd, I hope you will continue with your unit library efforts. It would be a very good thing to have all the WWII units of Fairline, Curt, et al. in one organized collection.

BMPs and PNGs are not being shown by default. I'll look into it.

The server sees PNGs as text/plain right now. I've PMed Gramphos and asked him to poke around.

                            @Techumseh
I have quite a lot of the compilation ready to be uploaded when the SL wiki is sorted. I now have three weeks paternity leave as my wife had our second child this morning. I will have some time to add units in between changing nappies

                                Congrats!

PNGs are fixed. BMPs refuse to work in-line or as thumbnails (but you can click and then click again to view them). I've fixed the sniffing for ZIP and RAR, but those were working with the wrong mimetype anyways.
