On the CD (in PDF format)?
Now that would be an answer to a question I haven't had the time to ask yet!
Is the PDF manual on the CD?
I received TOT yesterday , only 4 days after ordering it on amazon.uk! , and for around 10$, transport included! Not too bad...
I haven't had the time to install it (and won't have for a few days), but I was surprised the game came as only a CD without any manual, or even CD cover!
But if the manual is on the CD, then all is well!!

The manual is on the CD itself, same here for my copy of TOT
And assuming that one doesn't have the manual on his CD?

Then one is screwed. Unless one other decides to put it up on his website.
Not a bad idea, actually. I might add it to my website.
But what do you need it for? It's largely the same as the manual for the original civ2. IIRC, the only additions are some extra help on the other games, and help on the macro language. The latter can also be found in the macro.txt.
