The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.
25 themes/skins/styles are now available to members. Check the select drop-down at the bottom-left of each page.
Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
You can play it now Ceteram; the zips are above. Pericles wrote the events specifically to be played as the Carthaginians, so I'm afraid you may have a strange game playing as Rome
Fairline was a full co-designer in this one. His contribution constitutes an irreplacable part in this scenario.
As for playing as the Romans, i was thinking of making a multiplayer version. I mean, i personally think it would make an ideal 1 vs 1 game. Even the Roman allies and Macedonian civs could be made playable.
"Military training has three purposes: 1)To save ourselves from becoming subjects to others, 2)to win for our own city a possition of leadership, exercised for the benefit of others and 3)to exercise the rule of a master over those who deserve to be treated as slaves."-Aristotle, The Politics, Book VII
All those who want to die, follow me!
Last words of Emperor Constantine XII Palaiologos, before charging the Turkish hordes, on the 29th of May 1453AD.
Well, by now it looks good. Things that I like of this scen (in no particular oder)
1) The Graphics
2) The amount of unit: it's very good! Not too much unit, not too few...
3) The wounded ships at the start of the scen in the African cities of the Chartago's Empire (good detial)
4) The events.
However, I've played only a few turns. I hope I'll play more the next week (this is a week where the computer is going to be shared a lot)
Trying to rehabilitateh and contribuing again to the civ-community

Just really check my nick (ceteram censeo carthaginem delendam esse...) and you'll understand my first post. Unless you already did...
Ceteram Macedonicus
(got the 'Macedonicus' part as a title for playtesting Bernd's Imperium Romanum)

Does the choice at the end of @GOLDENAGE have consequences?
Looks and reads very well! This I gotta try.
Thanks Dave
The @GOLDENAGE choice occurs after the battle of Cannae and is a choice as to whether to slaughter just Roman prisoners or Romans and their Latin allies. As for the consequences of this choice - it makes no odds either way. The Cannae event is there to give the Romans the Fabian strategy.
Palaiologos was the event and tech tree maestro, so hopefully I haven't got this wrong I was the graphics and unit info monkey, with a bit of text and historical info help thrown in. I'm very much the junior partner in this one.

Oops I wasn't sure if you'd noticed the half-dozen zips attached to this thread
I don't speak Latin, but I guess it's a quote slagging off the Carthaginians, so I think I understand now.......
