Cant get in with my password, a blank or a copy/paste of the orig pas for 4000bc

Weird... I did it! I opened the save (the one I sent to you, the test game) using the password "password". I set another computer to do it, so I'm pretty sure the "admin password" problem has gone...

I'm posting the save here, the password is "password" without the " ", if someone wants to give a try.

Nope, “password” was the password for a test we just did. In the real game, you have to set your password.
Actually, you need to play the turn #1 again, because the save you sent to me didn't open.
But I'm pretty sure the things will work fine now. You just do the following:

Open the save you received from NicodaMax. You will be prompted for the administrator password. Delete everything you see in the password field. In fact, you can delete all passwords you see.

This is not a problem, because inside the game you just hit "Alt+D" and set your definitive password there. And the game just ask for that stupid administrator password in the first turn (well, I think).

I don't know how anyone else feels but if Aro can't play Soltz'x savegame I think it would be better to start the whole thing again. I can't remember what I did (or didn't) do and the problem could be with what someone other than Soltz did.

(I did get a good start, that's not why I suggest just restarting the game - I just want to get on with this and the test game went round OK so it can be done).

NOTE: Please, ignore any admin password. Just delete anything in the field. IIRC, the password box shows up twice. If so, delete anything in the "password" field.

Ok. This takes care of that damn admin password. Inside the game, hit Alt+D and set your password (there's no password set for you or anybody else, but you have to set one ).
