CivStats was developed around the same time as Pitboss game mode, so that would be the Warlords expansion or a patch soon after Warlords release (I forget which). Unlike pitboss however, it was developed by a single person with no input from Firaxis.

@ Grandpa Troll...I am at war with giger...so have to wait for him first to move before I make my moves and giger usually takes half the timer before moving.
