If you look at the player list you were not supposed to be Bismark. You were to be player 6, Ramesses II, not Player 8.Originally posted by Hercules

Also, the turn time won't start for this game (36 hours) until all players have claimed a Civ and ended their turn.
Beta was supposed to be back today. We'll give him another day or two to show up.

I registred there, but I guess there is more to it..

I am not sure, but I'm thinking that the larger scores are due to players using more of their points towards technology advances rather than multiple cities/units for the start-up...but I could be wrong.

Game was down for a bit because someone who is not in this game tried to log into it. Somehow, they caused it to crash...
Anyways, it looks like everyone has played their turn except for Beta. So, we will give him a bit longer to show up.

Sorry about that. I thought you had finished.
Game is back up. For some reason, when I reset the timer to 36 hours, saved the game, quit the game and reloaded the saved game, it did not reset the turn timer to 36 hours.
Anyone know the reason why or how one does change the turn timer? It just might change after the current turn is done...Comment

Is there extra points/actions on first turn? I guess I have not used them (I remember there was 100points in the corner when I selected city location)
