    Yep - I say put it back up as well. The end is not much in doubt, but I am a 'never say die' sort of individual. So play on.

    And sabre does have a point about ephack not playing for Andy. That was seen as one of the benefits of a game like this when we started.

      A third option is to move back in saves to before Andy left and playing from their. So even my little civ has ben conquered huh...sigh.

        Quite frankly, I don't have a dog in this hunt - so I am neutral either way.

          replay 14 turns (which each took an hour to play)?
          lose the surprise effect?
          risk having other teams change their stance against us?

          does not sound like a viable option at all... (though i then wouldn't lose that great general in the 98% battle).

          i could possibly be convinced to go back until the turn we attacked spanish mainland (1830ad, so 7 turns), but there would be little point and little fun for him to continue for thereon.

            or, another option, we make it more interesting:
            continue like from here on, give us 10 turns to regroup and then the whole world goes to war. teams beta, keygen and prov/witt against geomodder and alex/me.

            we currently have the military upper hand, but with each 2 continents to defend, we are also more wide-spread.

              I concur. Going back to replay doesn't seem to be the answer.

              We just need to go on from here.

                          ok, so the vote so far looks as follows:

                          - continue from last state: 7 players: dacole (admin), beta/toxoxo, wittlich, geomodder, snoopy/geomodder, sabrewolf, alex
                          - neutral: 2x keygen ("whatever")
                          - no answer, unknown opinion: provisorii
                          - no answer, probably for going back: andy, ephack.

                          so in conclusion: it seems we should continue from the newest save...


                          next question would be how: shall we go for the all-out 6vs4 war as i posted a few turns ago? this might enable us to finish in foreseeable time...

                                ok well if they no longer check this thread and see the game is still on than that is their fault I guess. Sigh. I wanted to make sure he was back from vacation but ah well. I am going to be gone for around a week again have two interviews in the Western part of the state over the next week. I am putting up the game however from the most recent save. Enjoy!
