I remember I got pulled over right outside that area, right on the S. Carolina / N. Carolina boarder doing 75mph in a 25mph zone.
Sounds crazy right? Well, in the tobbaco fields the speed limit is 65 or 70, then i went though this little shanty town where it dropped to 25. No problem. I went 25 through the town, then hiked it back up once i was back in the fields.
Only thing was, the speed limit never changed back. Very sneaky speed trap.
Long story short, I thought i was going to be arrested for doing triple the speed limit, but the cop obviouly has seen this senerio played out countless times.
He hands me a ticket.... for 25 bucks. Better yet, I can mail in the payment!
Back in PA, they would take your first born son for such an offence.
Yea in some places they will do that here as well I had to actually go to court for 15 over in one speed trap that was annoying. Maybe because I was local though not sure. Some of these little shanty towns (if you can give me more details of place I can probably name it sounds like you were east of Winston south of greensboro) make most of their budget through speed traps.

no everything seems to be ok on this end not sure what is going on. Can you connect now? I had to shut it down for five minutes or so to reboot to update the computer but other than that it has been on.

nope I was wrong IP has changed seems to do that every time I reboot I guess odd. Will try to take some time this weekend to look into that DNS site that was mentioned before will be busy though so no promises. New IP sent out in messages now if we need to load from a save let me know.
