yea computer reset itself again. It is up now roth is the only one who needs to play a turn. I am not sure what is going on I'm going to watch it this time closely to see what happens.

Patience young padawan. I said I'd play around this time and I have.

Now however I have a problem that adversely affects my team. Some setting was not clicked on because the first playthrough I popped a hut and got something good. This time I popped the same hut and got something not so good. I'm a little irritated about it since it was through no fault of mine that I lost the good result. And now there is nothing anyone can do unless we replay saves until I get the same result as last time...and I'm sure no one else wants to do that.

only thing that explains it is that "new random seed on reload" -option is on...

That is bad for a PBEM and apparently it is equally bad for PTBS.

Wow, I just played my turn and the turn was one I played about 3 or 4 turns ago. ???

ok didn't know about the setting sorry this is the first time I have hosted one of these. You are right it is four turns or so back. I was under the impression that it saved it every time it changed the turn itself like it does during a single player game. Obviously that was incorrect. I am currently saving it now every day at least once. I have also changed settings on my computer so that it will hopefully not reboot after it updates itself. I have all setting except the ones we discussed at default I have never even heard of the reseed one.

Again sorry this is not going the way we would ALL like learning process for me.

Btw, the game is not listed in gamespy now... Am I doing something wrong?
