Now here is what I can't understand, Mongolia is a pitifully small empire fighting a war against the chinese superpower, yet no one talks about that being unfair. Some nations are pitifully weak and small, yet that is not unfair. Why is it that the reduction of England from the top spot to a medium sized empire is unfair? If it is not unfair for medium sized empires to be medium sized, why should it be unfair for England? If England were reduced to only their overseas possessions they would still be stronger than most empires due to their huge tech advantage and variety of resources. They wouldn't be a superpower anymore, but why is it unfair for them to become what others have been all along? Empires fall and collapse as it should be. Good diplo players should go with the flow and learn to play in a lower power-bracket of the game rather than claim unfairness. It is to me ridiculous that it is considered unfair for England to become a second rate power, while it is ok for other nations to be stuck there.
For the record Mongolia started this war and did not accept an offer of peace LONG ago.

China has made no attacks on Mongolia since the response to the original attack on China.

    Mongolia has now attacked again.

China is open to peace with Mongolia but I'm sure they want to first see if they can do any damage with their most recent actions.

    Good points India and Arabia.

Also keep in mind, that in the only score that really matters in this diplo game (the votes score), England is still number one, and IMO, deservedly so. The London burning story was a case in point. (hey, that would make a great 80's tune .... )

I also agree. Though it may be devastating I think the English will survive. I don't think any out-of-game things should be decided, and we should all just go with the flow. Though it hurts their economy greatly, they should have spent more on a military to defend their large empire. And as India said they have a good tech league, and should be able to rebuild, and maybe even rival their enemies and take back the homeland. This also present new story opportunities for the game, and it did a good job at shaking up the game and making it more interesting.

Does anyone recall if there was a set password for the PYT log in?

To my best understanding and according to the data from PlayYourTurn in the last 3 turns there was no double moving between Mongolia and China.

I believe a double move was made by Mongolia:

    Turn 1370
China moves at 22h17 March 27
Mongolia moves at 4h57 March 28

    Turn 1375
Mongolia moves at 19h25 March 28
China moves at 22h21 March 28

I may be wrong but I believe that I should have moved first on turn 1375. The reason I noticed was because I had reinforcements that would have reached my city of Xian, before Mongolia could attack. When I logged in, the city had been taken, and my reinforcements hadn't even moved yet.

Can a neutral party investigate, and if this is the case, turn back the clock?

    Thanks.

One other thought on recent events is that it has injected some 'life' into the game. I can only speak for myself but the game was becoming a bit of a sleeper. War in Europe is good for a diplo game.

Israeli capitol was never captured, nor razed. It was their second and Holly city Jerusalem that got razed.

I bet that back then the razing of Jerusalem had more impact on Israel then the occupatation of London has for the English now
Look at the facts: Israel never really ressurected from the disaster again! (Thankfully Jesus did though, giving some good money to Israel anyway)

Including that Jesus must have been 400 feet tall for a cross that big.

Well, if the pilgrims want to believe, then we will surely take advantage of it.
Especially the Russian christians are eager to believe anything. Yesterday I sold them a stone that was used back then when Stephanus was stoned. Some russian patriarch paid 500 gold for it.

Yes, I was sure you were unaware, never suspected bending the truth on purpose on your side.

And yes - see what propaganda and the loud Jewish complaints can make the people believe

Thank you. Was not aware of that. Happened before I took over France and I have only heard references to it. I assumed it was their capitol city.
