  • Gifting cities to civs that aren't involved in the war opens a can of exploits and is therefore not allowed by the rules.
Players can give cities that are about to fall to another civ so that the agressor can't capture the city anymore, unless he declares war at that other civ.

    It's in the rules.
It would apply to what the Aztecs did as well, even if it's a liberation b/c of the same reasons. As far as I'm aware, America and the Turks are at peace, so if the Aztecs liberate a city, then the Turks have no option to re-capture the city. Especially not if it's during the 10 turns forced peace period.

      • hello? anyone? do I have to replay my turn?

        • If you did all you wanted in your turn before your computer crashed and there was no reload of the server after this, you should be just fine. No need for replaying of anything.

          • A crash doesn't undo your turn. So only if you had some unfinished business you should login again to finish it.

            I'm back home again, btw.

                • There is no peace yet.
We are willing very much to find a reasonable peace, and asked the Inca's to step in for peace negotiations.

But at this moment the war is still on.
So Robert could you please reset the timer to it's war setting?

                          • The longer timer is mostly for the teams moving second, as without it they get squeezed into the last couple hours of the turn, requiring long pauses

                              • I request a pause, as there are less than 6 hours left in the turn, I have to go to work soon (yes on Saturday, I have bills to pay ) and Azteca has not acted.

I should be able to play in about 9 hours.
