    • I think the log is buggy sometimes. Like usually the log shows when I complete buildings, but I finished three this turn and nothing shows up in the log. It shows the building I built last turn, but nothing since then.

        • @ Japan
As said before, I did not know that you had not played your turn. Deception and dishonesty is for the story thread. Take my word at face value or call me a liar openly. It matters not for the game, but I do not appreciate the assumption that I am willfully cheating and lying about it.

How could I know you had not played your turn? Do you always check the org thread before you play? If I do not play the next 3 turns does that mean you double move against me 3 times? The game was paused for you and I did not log in after that, so I had nothing to do with you losing your turn. I checked playyourturn.com, saw the turn had ended, logged in and played my turn as usual. I followed all the rules and when you said you had missed a turn, I freely offered to swap the turn order giving you the same benefit I got by you not playing your turn. However, when there was a reload (there was, of the most recent save, though there was also some ambiguity related to it), it seemed to me that you had gotten both your turn and changed the turn order. Especially so since I could not see any sign of the sea battle in the event log, though it is entirely possible I missed it. I will check the logs again more thoroughly when I play my turn.

You losing your turn is not my responsibility, nor my fault. I have acted in the interests of fairness only. So stop your accusations. I did not double move against you, you missed your turn. There is a difference.

            • So Japan says play on, and India says what? I still can't tell whether India wants to reload or play on even after all that talking. Ugh a little frustrating... but hey that's how it goes I guess.

and it is NOT a double move if you don't move during your turn!

I want to play on, but I also want to be sure that there is no wrongdoing on any part. no one should get a double move and the reload of the most recent save along with the swapping of the turn order seems to have caused exactly that...
My previous post can be seen above, extra emphasis added to show the point. I consider the matter closed as long as some clarity could be achieved.

Also, Japan has not played its turn yet with 7 hours left on the timer. Still plenty of time, but lets not make any more confusion and mistakes with this. Japan continues to go first and India goes 2nd in order to balance the benefit I got from Japan not playing his turn. It is what I have been saying all along as long as I can be certain that some unfairness is not created.

If anyone says anything more about me being dishonest or dishonorable they can shove their keyboard where the sun does not shine.

                  • You have not ended your turn. Check playyourturn.com, it seems you rarely end your turns.

                    • @India: There's some confusion over terminology. A 'double move' is not evil or bad or wrong. We do double moves all the time. It simply means moving twice without someone else moving in between. A double move is only bad when you're at war and one moves before the enemy had a chance to move

You did a double move which was not wrong or bad or evil.
But nonetheless it caused a possible problem to Japan. Which was in fact caused by himself b/c he didn't play the turn before.
But in fact it doesn't really matter who's to blame or not to blame (usually these things happen just by accident).

So if people say you did a double move, it's not an accusation but just stating the fact. I did 10 double moves in the past weeks for sure. We all do double moves

OK so since that matter is over, now and I am 100% sure there will be no reload, I will take my turn now. I am still screwed and damaged by this controversy, but the screwing is just a little screwing (not full on penetration), so I will take my frustrations out on somebody else and just play on

                        • Yes, I see that you are taking your frustration out on the peaceful Americans...

Anyhoo, I just saw my score drop, so I logged in to see what had happened, but made no moves, because I think that would mess up the turn order right? So from now on, turn order is:

                          1: America
                          2: Ottoman Empire

                          Damn Turkais...!

                          • Yea I saw you logged in and was going to just double check with you what order you wanted. I was actually waiting to get this India-Japan thing resolved because I wanted first move and I didnt want a post-attack reload, but Oh well.

And Peaceful? I think not I know what you were up to Anyway, should be fun

                            • Yeah, turn order has to be like this now, because otherwise you get a double move. You sacked Havana, and surrounded Washington, so if you would get first move now that would be a bit painful

Although, to be honest, I don't think it is going to make much difference for you, as you have cannons, cossacks and marines, and my strongest unit is a musketman, of which I have two America has virtually no resources (biggest city is size 14) and your about to sack the only city that has any noteworthy production. Basically, you're attacking a third world country, you tyrant! All will be forgiven however if we get Irina, preferably naked (btw, you speak of terms of peace in the story thread, but I have not seen any?)

                              • Sorry, just sent the peace terms. Basically what is going to happen anyway as you pointed out. And 3rd world? You are ahead of me in rank! With more tech IIRC!

Stay tuned for some shocking Irina news!
