Before the turn ends someone who has already played their turn should log in, it creates a save which Robert can reload for Russia if necessary. ( I can't log in because I'm at war and it's not my turn)

Well last time someone was gonna miss a turn we paused it to avoid the troops healing and thus changing the situation greatly in the war. But it seems most of the battles are over at the moment so a mutual round of healing wouldn't disadvantage anyone. So I don't think it'd hurt things much if you both missed a turn.

Ottoman has yet not played his turn and though we are discussing peace we are still formally at war. Unless a peace is signed I must continue the war, but it is not my turn.

oh and to the people who think my whining is useless and meaning less , i have gained what i wanted all game long , so please stand back and enjoy as sometimes ooc whining and ic whining does achievve a lot more than suck a$$
