Why would you do that? printscreen, alt+tab, open paint, paste. printscreen also makes a shot into your documents folder-that could be blocked for some reason.

btw i found out my screenshot problem, I am running windowed mode, so i only screenshot to windows clipboard

I found a sub.
I doubt that the player has quited. He just missed 4 days, which means a lot of turns at this pace. I have reasons to believe that he believes someone else would play for him.
Let's wait till he return before we draw conclusions.
Thanks for your offer, Ozzy. We'll certainly use it if needed!!!

Surely we cannot have a quitter this early? Very rude not to even post disinterest if that is what it is. They do need a Sub so early or they will be dead meat and not worth taking over at this stage.

I'm also available to temporarily sub for someone (but not take anyone over permanently).

I've already approached a possible (tmp) sub.
Let's wait for Korea's explanation before we draw conclusions.

The Koreans are indeed very reliable, what a shame. I say we drop them and have someone else take over.

or you can run civ windowed (non-fullscreen) and use windows print screen to make screenshots. Takes some getting used to though...

what would cause low graphical memory? (i've had that as an issue in other games)
also, I can't seem to find anything about the destination folder for screenshots in the config file...

Aren't they just stored in the clipboard? I had a similar issue a year or two ago, but I don't remember how I fixed it. Try searching for answers on the web, I think I did that.

Maybe low on graphical memory?
Or the folder where screenshots should be stored is not accessable (check your bts.ini)
