Unable to connect

I was able to sign in a few minutes ago - saw I'm not at war with Russia but not able to play ... all locked up. After a few minutes of trying to play my turn I exited. I tried to get back in and now its stuck on Native America establishing connection.

I was logged in, my log said that Russia declared war on Arabia.
I'll check in now to confirm.

You were able to get in though? Interesting.

I couldn't get past Persia at first. But after he left I got in. The game was really slow, but I figured it was a problem with my laptop. But I was able to do my turn just fine.

paranoia has made the top 4 nations where they are so be happy....

The last few bribes for NAtives show they are dealing with both sides. not to achive anything big but simply to improve their score ....

Come on Ozzy do something with that nations, either declare war on me or someone......

So with game hurlting forwrds... Space victory is stil la chance perhaps. No one can get Conquer as in game vicotry nor Domination . (would be nice to see someone try that one in a diplo one day.) Religous victory not likely as needs everyone to vote for you. Diplomatic vicotry not likely for similar reason but easier than Religous.

So for ingame victory we left with only space or Cultural or Time (points)

so are people now playing for glory only? As in the in game vicotry doesnt add to the actual game victory which is only by the voting.

So i am rethinking my actual in game stuff at moment. as perhaps i shouldnt care if india gets cultural victory in game as it is meaningless in a diplo game.

So please everyone let me know. is in game vicotry importnt enough to change my DIPLO style. I have been thinking all game we should be hitting the indias to stop them but now i think why?

The whole point of the diplo voting is to provide a broader path for the game besides just narrowing in on one or two in-game victories. The true winner of this game will probably be Persia or Byzantium.
