I've created all threads.
I used iframes to show information in the start posts without having to maintain this information in these startposts of all these threads.
The source of the iframes are on my server. If my server is down then it'll show 404 errors. It'll most probably mean that the game is down as well.

you can also do this online, without any installs and such at, for instance, http://www.pixlr.com/

For the long term, I am writing some javascript for poly at the moment, which will automatically resize any images that are too wide for the viewer's screen and add some slideshow function to display it in a lightbox (overlay) when you click on it. Might take me a while, since I vbulletin is quite complex.

Or is that your way to try to cover that you're Britannia yourself

I haven't since getting past the learning curve for that insane plugin system is a lot more work than writing a user interface tweak.

I have been this afternoon again. I felt a bit obstinate chiding the plug in system without giving it a shot

There are some great plugins on the org site. Having some issues with the poly account (can't seem to download anything) and access to the poly-server filesystem is also iffy here, due to those blasted firewalls. If I run into a problem, mind if I quickly ask you if you know what to do?
