Remember, Russia, when you came into this game.
People became paranoia and insinuated that we were related or that you may even be me.
Right now you're in fact doing the same stuff.
accusing me of all evil plans and ideas, etc. etc.
It's all paranoia.
There's nothing as easy as accusing the host of the game of foul play!
And it's always easier to blacken someone then to explain yourself.
I take umbrage at those last comments Cybershy. I indeed thought you cheated (initially when the phantom peace was declared) and then went on to, correctly, accuse you of bending your own rules to your own aims. Which you did in fact do. This passive-aggressiveness is annoying. I have no idea what happened in this situation, and honestly I don't really care, but for you to insinuate that there is some sort of process of blaming you for things then maybe you should take a look at the actions you have taken rather than the resultant response from the aggrieved.
FF was actually on your side the first time (or at least against my handling of the situation), and now he sees what happens when you disagree with you. Maybe you need to take an objective look at what YOU do before complaining about some conspiracy against you.
I can tell you why people thought you may have been Russia at the time. Its stupid maybe, but for you to think nobody would put it past you is a bit arrogant at best. Not everyone blindly follows you, not everybody blindly gives you the benefit of the doubt and I am starting to think this number is going to grow after these latest moves on your part. Its not what you do that is the problem CS, its how you handle it after it occurs that is bothering people.
But again, I have no idea what happened here because it isn't entirely clear to me, I am just saying that if something keeps happening there may be an explanation for it that you have yet to consider yourself.

And that's the problem.
Everytime someone is being paranoid and blames CyberShy, people will more and more become suspicious of CyberShy. I can't fight that.
The only thing I have done wrong was 'fixing' something that I understood wrongly from the rules. That's all.
All the other things were either community habbits (not reloading or pausing) or paranoia from others.
That 'fix' was just a players fault, not a host fault.
I did not abuse mod powers for that. I just moved twice, and corrected it when I was told to.
But because people continue to throw crap at me, more and more people will believe it. I can't fight that.

Carpe Diem tamen Memento Mori
I don't fight battles lost - I may regret - but this cannot be allowed. I have PM'd with the same point that if Simultaneous Movement during war is to be wrong in the future then it cannot have been right last round!
If what happened last round was acceptable then so it should be for the rest of the game!
If it was wrong then reload it.
You cannot have your cake and eat it Cyber!
BTW I do not hold any grudges or ill will toward you. I just happen to fundamentally disagree with what you have just done on some issues.
But again, I have no idea what happened here because it isn't entirely clear to me
Same here, HOWEVER, I was logged in playing my turn when all this went down. The following is what I observed...
Japan and Sparta made peace. Japan became a vassel of Sparta. Japan and Greece declared war on Russia. All that happened in about a 30 second time frame.
Then about a minute later Japan wrote something like, "Sorry, I was tabbed out for awhile". Then wrote, "bye".
Don't know if this matters, but I thought I would give my testimony since I actually witnessed it happen. I think it was around 9 PM EST.
I didn't think much of it then, but something seemed fishy about it at the time.

LOL... a one word response to this occurrence, and during the Capo situation it was days of debate, a panel of judges, and an entire new thread started, all for the sake of NOT reloading.
I can hardly wait for this game to be over so I never have to play with certain people again.
Now where did I put that Noobs Guide to Diplogaming?

It all comes down on me. Again.
You have an unnatural grudge against me. Seriously.
Even when I agree with you, you find a way to get mad at me for something.

You have to admit there is a STRIKING contrast between a one word assessment, and all the crap we went through with the Capo issue... which as far as I can tell is almost the same thing, yet no "reload" in that case. It should be also noted that in both cases your assessment is to the advantage of Cyber, despite a different conclusion reached in each case.
I believe my "noobs guide" (ridiculed and written off as paranoid delusion when it first hit bookstores) touched on this phenomenon.
You have an unnatural grudge against me. Seriously.
Better then an unnatural lust for fish!
Even when I agree with you, you find a way to get mad at me for something.
Ok, first off I'm not sure what exactly you agreed with me on. Secondly, I'm not really mad. I have recently become numb to the double standards, but I still find it amusing to point them out.

Clearly you have long since gone off the deep end.
I always find it amusing as well that you take every possible moment to indite me with your "noob guide" when I defended it after it you first posted it. But noooo, I'm the bad guy.
I'm also hiding under your bed. Look out!

Despite the reality of the Pinchak-Ozzy gudge-match and consquential-hypenized-descriptions-thereof the fact of the matter remains; there is a VERY REAL problem with the management of this game. I tried to stay out of this, and tried not to make a remark, but I honestly I have to come out and say it; Cybershy is a piss-poor manager of these sitautions (sorry Dutchie, but you are), especially being embroiled in them, and the fact that this continues to be allowed is discouraging. Clearly a new "decision-making" element needs to be established. This "host-can-do-no-wrong" attitude is clearly wrong, and as such must be amended.
