Guys, it's time for voting again!
Since the kickoff is a bit late I'll let you guys vote till January 10th!
If you can't vote before then, please ask for a delay in this thread.

Please vote fair! Vote for things that happened in (the) December (threads).
Don't vote for allies and friends just because they're allies and friends.
Don't vote not for competitors because they're competitors, etc. etc.
Just saying this because someone must say it now and then no actual reason for it.

I have not received any votes so far!
Holy Rome: where did you send them to?
      The correct address is: vote[*]diplo[.]plomp[.]eu

I spoke to Marcus and he is interested in talking over the Russians maybe the Vikings if they are free. Many of you know him. He is a realible diplo player who enjoys playing his civ no matter what health his civ is in.

Awesome if Marcus would take the Vikings!
Russia would be back, he said. I think finding a sub for the Vikings is more urgent.

But understand that if a friend is really nice to you, that is "diplomacy" as well. There is obviously more going on in the game diplomatically than is represented by the diplo posts in the story thread.

For me it is a balance of what is going on in the world diplomatically, regardless of how it affects my civ (ie the Rome-Russia-Piercian dust up), and stuff that does affect me directly. (ie the recent Hastings conference and peace negotiations). Generally, if there is little going on in my back yard, my votes may travel overseas, and vice versa.

Anybody in need of some vendetta with Sparta?
Please only nations close to Sparta apply.
