If I had red the letter I would have told you the only option is to relocate the citizens of that city since it was placed in a way that completely threw off my city planing.

This is kind of OOC, well its totally OOC but it pertains to this thread. You guys are spamming it.

None of this is stories, or diplomatic messages, its negotiations that could occur in an IM chat or in PMs. I don't want to have to repost stories I am writing just because you guys are making one sentence posts in reaction to other one sentence posts. There are 16 other players in this game, you should respect the thread. Also a lot of this could be done to look a little more diplomatic, this is an argument that doesn't need to occur here in the story thread.

I make a post the there are SEVEN right after I make the post. Seven that could have easily been two and more importantly seven that have already been said by both of you before. My post is relevant to diplomatic issues in our part of the world, yours may be relevant to your own area but I don't think this is the proper forum for this argument, I've been silent about this since its been going on, but enough is enough.

No leader says: "I'm not going to accept any proposal anymore, it's either this or kill all my people". Well, only Kim Yon Il will do that, but none of you pretent to be like Kim Yon Il.

If negotiations aren't working, continue the war.
Maybe Portugal has to deal with a civilization that's not reasonable. Well, that's a pitty. But it's not really impossible. Achmedjinedjad (?) is real as well.

- You can settle a city north of Thebes on the shores of the northern sea. There are elephants and clams to harvest. You can build a port there. There's enough space to expand a city there to it's full strength.

- You can settle a city at the south on the landtongue near the whales and the fish.

- We will not deny your claim on the island south of PyongYang. We will even try to help you to settle it.

- We will allow you to build a canal-city on the northern-side of the land tongue. (either you or the Mayans.) we will defend the land tongue on your behalf against alien civilizations that may try to grab control over it, till you arrive.
Even after you've settled it we will defend that canal-port with our armies as if it were a city of our own.

I do see that we may have given you too little in the past when we negotiated our borders. Lacedaemon was a brilliant negotiator and he surely did a good job for Sparta, but we do also respect our friendly relationships with you, therefore we try everything to help you expanding your tribe.

I hope that you will accept these gifts and live next to us in peace like we did under your father and General Bae.
