From what I can see I obtained one from Ozzy whatever civ that is and Kymer said provded tech for a voucher ... just wondering Ozzy can tell tell me which techs we traded in an email.

Also in the opening thread here it states something about gifting techs don't require a voucher spent ... but that doesn't seem to be the case... can someone please clarify?

If you give a tech and the receiver gives you a voucher, then you 'lose' nothing.
If you give a tech then you 'lose' 1 voucher.
