1. it's not allowed. It's not even allowed to load your own civ and advance the turn.

2. I don't really understand what you mean.
Every knowledge that's public (in the threads) can be used by all civs. (if that's what you mean)

Guys: Don't just leave when someone drops from the game! Not even at the end of the session!

Now I was just left over with Deity and Arvcran, and all of us had already ended the turn! That way we couldn't produce a solid save! (because the turn would automaticly proceed).

Fortunately I have auto-save on for every turn, thus I can use the autosave. Though now we need everybody to be present, since this autosave contains all civs as human players, and will not continue if one is missing.

Ok, I'm able to fix that, but only becuase I have special powers! In normal situation we would've been toasted!

Thus: next time just stay.
I was taking a bathroom break, that's why I didn't tell you all. I just didn't expect that you guys wouldn't leave all that quickly! Man, am I such a slow peeer?
