I am leaving for a round-the-world trip on the 9th of october. I'll return home on december 22nd. I will most likely be unable to play anytime during that period, so that precludes me from effectively running a civ for more than a month. you'll probably be done by the time I get home. as I have currently abandoned 2 hotw's midgame I really feel I should not join unless I am certain I can finish. so I will play a supporting role in this game.

dacole, I need to know if I should take your first session.

Since this'll be an epic-speed-game, and our new-found lobby solution, I wouldn't be suprised if we could be done by then.

There are 6 saturdays before October 9th.
Our HOTW Marathon games lasted about 18 sessions.
that's 9 sessions for an Epic game.

But we had many horror-sessions (connection-wise)
With the lobby-thing, that should be history.

I think 6 sessions must be possible, perhaps you'll miss out the last or the last 2 sessions, if things go horrible wrong again.
