And yes please don't judge me by my subbing. I will most likely not post as often as some but I will definitly try to make the games...(I still wish we could make it more millitaristic but ah well)

Cole great to have you. We are not judging you, you are here and thats what counts. Of course you can be more militaristic, this is a huge part of diplo! Still beware of your actions attacking someone without any reasons can make you a target for many diplomatically and militarily.

Special rules: TOSRT (Trade Only Self Researched Techs) (that means: keep a list of all techs you INVENTED YOURSELF (huts, GP, etc. do ALSO count for that! IF someone else gave/traded you a tech you CAN'T trade it. Not even if you already researched it for 90% )

IMPORTANT RULE: We all play fair and honest! We trust each other in that. No loading of save games and proceeding turns, no loading of savegames and pick another civ to check out, etc.

Don't take capitals / big wonder cities and raze them easily. Only if there are really really good reasons, keep in mind that the game must be fun for all players for 25+ sessions. That doesn't mean everybody has to be in the top of the list. But it does mean that nobodies civ should be totally laughable.

Being a VASSAL doesn't matter, really, continue and you'll find out! Losing cities doesn't matter! It feels HORRIBLE first and you feel like you wanna quit the game forever. But continue and you'll see that it's not that bad! I can tell from experience!

Talk! Us PM's, e-mail, read the story thread! Make alliances, make enemies, make sneaky plans and create posts to lay them out! That's what makes the game most interesting!

If you didn't do yet, please send me your real e-mail adres and if you want your phone number!
I have a list of all and I'll send this info to all players (not publicly, it won't be made public).

We want to be able to contact you if something happens during gametime and we can't reach you through the internet. If you don't want to give out your phone number to all then tell me, I'll only give it to Ozzy in that case. If you don't want to give it, no problem. Known that we have all numbers of all players though. Please include your country prefix! (that's +1 for America and Canada)

This tally isn't right and not democratic! We should ignore the impossible options! (4 and 5) because otherwise the first votes of people will totally get lost because another person concidered that map to be impossible.

So, Kuno has my start in Map 7 or 8
My 7 or 8 starts had floodplains all over 3 fat crosses around my starting position!!!!! rivers everywhere!!! GOLD GOLD and even stone not so far.

It would've been even more brilliant if it would have given marble ON my settler starting position and if that position would've been on a plainshill

But my 1/2/3 maps aren't that bad either.

Another plus side to map1 is that Nolan gets her first place start, and Toni doesn't.

lol, I am not going to be subbed out for the first session, nor am I am going to allow the AI to play me for the first session. If those are the only options, I guess I won't get to play this HOTW.
