I talked to lz about the Vikings amalgamating with the Carts and that he and OT are banned from all future diplo games

He took it rather well and when he's up to it he'll post a bit here.

We had a good long chat, no hard feelings...

Well, I'd say that the 'banned' word is a little bit too far.
If people want to play diplogames with LzPrst, then they're free to do so of course.

It's more that I do not have the intention to play with LzPrst. Not because I don't like him, because I like him very much. I really really dislike it that it went this way since he's a great player and a great person. It's just that I don't like to be in epic games like this with people dropping out without notice, just out of the sudden.

I said that against Deity, and he agreed that he didn't want to play with LzPrst as well.
Things may change of course in the future. Maybe he can play if he pays a $100 in advance which he'll only get back if he keeps on playing till the end

Do we want to start the next game with lz, OT, CT... we need a credibility list.

Players who are diplo vets have a bit more leeway, like Frank.

I would have to agree with deity that we need a credibility list. Next diplo should be build around proven players which will stick it out till the end.

It is hard to make such a list. If we made that kind of list at the beginning of this game I bet Lz would be on it. And possibly OT too.

Anyways, I want to see some damn stories.

Ok, I think I may have found a friend's computer I can use on Friday. He is downloading both Warlords and Civ4 now. (legally of course.. )

Stay tuned as to whether it'll work out. (and kinda sad that CS and I are both on vacation yet we are posting more than most people here... )

Hey I'm +4500 km away from my home right now, so I think you can add me to that vacation club ozzy of yours, I will be on friday. But very possibly that some tech problems will arise. Someone pls send me the save on karayanev@gmail.com so I can test the game (see if its even possible to open it here).

I'm flexible too. Though I advise against skipping a session. (especially since my friend has gone through the trouble of adding the game to his computer for me).
