For those who have totally lost sight of the Indian political situation a small overview
Lala Lajpat Rai = King of the Indians, nobody heard from him since he left India to negotiate peace between the Romans and the Bulgarians.
Asoka = The first son of the king, Prince of India, ruling India in the name of his father.
Asoka was a wise man, like his fater, but lost his mind since he lost his father. His madness is taking over him limiting his capability to lead the Indians through these dark days of terror.
Ghandi = the 2nd son of Lala Lajpat Rai, the king. He is a wise man, like his father. He tries to help his brother through these difficult times and still believes that Asoka will regain his wisdom. He still loves his brother. Asoka hates Ghandi though and fears that Ghandi will try to replace him.
Abhay = servant of Ghandi. Abhay wants to replace Asoka with Ghandi but Ghandi doesn't want to hear about this since he still loves his brother and believes that he will recover.
Mahavir = a 2nd servant of Ghandi who wants to regain order by murdering Asoka without the permission of Ghandi.
Gotam = The servant of Asoka. Asoka ordered Gotam to kill Ghandi.
At this very moment:
Asoka is not doing anything but laying in his bet, mourning the loss of his father, while still not accepting this loss. He is not answering to his allies, he left the meeting arranged by the Viking leader Haakon. He has sent several messages to foreign leaders. He's currently doing nothing. He's also troubling the relations with the Bulgarians who whe accuses of hoding his father.
Gotam is making plans to murder Ghandi.
Mahavir is making plans to murder Asoka.

Tang Gaozu gazed out from his balcony, as his prime minister Xi Lishen attended him. Further in the palace, the Bulgerian emissary had retired for the day, as had the Egyptian ambassandor.
With no response, General Khalid invaded, capturing the city of Carrodia with few losses. For crimes against their own people, and for crimes against Allah, the defenders were put to the sword to send a message to other heathens who would deny their people the right to worship Allah.
After deposing the Choson puppet in Brennia, the infidel Choson propogators of the false god Buddha declared war on the Arabs. Their anger at losing their client state shown clear, and their corrupt faith shown to be the oppressive force it truly is as their armies gathered on the border with both the Celts and Arabs.
The Battle of Haengju Sanseong would ultimately be considered a defeat for the Muslim forces, but due to considerable Choson losses it by no means decided the war. A long siege between the two sides began after that battle. Both sides looking warily at each other, each waiting for someone to make the first move.

The Fang Dynasty was to be known as the dynasty during which China saw a major revolution in military affairs, something that had been started by the Sui before it. Fang Shike, the longest reigning Emperor in Chinese history, gave the army his fullest attention, and soon every city was manned with an elite corps of Zhuge Nu infantry. The repeating crossbow was now the most fearsome weapon in the Chinese arsernal.
The new Emperor faced an unenviable task. To the south, India was undergoing a succession crisis of her own, with agents of Asoka and Gandhi maneuvoring against each other. To the north, the Vikings and the Carthagians prepared for war, and the Incans were embarking on their own mobilization program. To the east, Bulgeria eyed her neighbors with increased nervousness. And far off, Arabia and the Choson continued to struggle for supremancy. At home, the bureacracy was becoming bloated, and the generals were becoming a powerful political force to be reckoned with - a legacy of the Fang dynasty. Even the Ainu of Ri Ben were once again becoming restive, with sporadic riots breaking out in Shangdu. A less auspicious start to a dynasty could hardly be imagined.
