The greatest Civ game

CtP1 is a "Civ" game (Civilization: Call to Power), CtP2 isn't (its just Call to Power II). At least thats what I understand the legal position to be with regards claims to the Civilization name.

Yep, Firaxis actually sued Activision because they were originally claiming it to be
Civilization: Call To Power 2. CtP I was fun at start, but the endgame and goverments are really flawed.

Haha... for the record, Loc, I loved CtP 1 more than other civ games when I tried it first (unmodded), but I admit I was away from CtP 2 for a long time, and missed how the mods are improved .

OT - if you told me how to lower the AI priority for declaring war...

MUCH less micromanagement than CtP1, Civ2, and Civ3.

All civ games are fun and I play them all,

but CTP2 modded is by far the best of the civ genre.
