I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

For Vlad protective is a must. He was consistently acting as a defender of Wallachia against Ottoman expansionism.
The reason I thought about Charismatic was because even after all the atrocities he is documented to have committed he is considered a hero in Romania.
But Spiritual is good, too. Philosophical might also apply well to Vlad.
