BtS Patch 3.13 - out now

i have had issues with it after i installed it. I unloaded bts and i am in process of reinstalling. I could NOT get game to start after i installed patch.

Does Direct2Drive usually have a one day lag?

I can live with a one day, but I'll be mad beyond that.

It had less than a day lag last time, so hopefully it won't be bad

What is L-system (from the fix-list of the patch; L-system cleanup)?

Is anyone (Solver?) able to fix the bug that the culture doesn't show up in the building tooltips? I don't know the values by heart and I don't want to open the Civilopedia for every building I am contemplating to build. Which makes it extremely tedious to play at the moment.

I just don't like Steam's nannying. D2D I don't like that much either- but it beats annoying CD-checks. (I generally won't put up with any annoying copy protection)

Judging by some of the bug reports, D2D may have done us a favor by not putting up the patch yet.
