I got one similar to the prairie dogs related to truffles. One of the options said that for a small fee I could encourage this activity at a local cave. That grassland hill got + 1 food and + 1 commerce, becoming like a windmill still in ancient times. Twice a subsequent event bragged our truffles were the best in the world. The second time, the Chinese attacked us for our "arrogance," even tho we were at +3 relations. (Maybe they had truffles too?)
