That's just it: with the best will in the world x-packs do not add balance, they disrupt it. In favourable cases they lay the foundation for an overall improvement, but this is potential to be realised and takes constant hard work, hard work that may or may not happen.Comment

So how about Sealords - for the next expansion.
I would really like them to work on improving the naval aspect of the game.
Improve the way the AI handles naval matters (blockades, invasions, coastal bomdardment, Trade interdiction etc.) also more units, more promotions etc.
