Oh I get it now, that's a detail of that 1 building, I thought it meant as a general more scientists would come if you had the expansion pack.

No - they just don't have Praetorians
I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

The traits on Stalin and Augustus have been put back up. I think that Stalin's are possible, but I don't see how Augustus would be creative.

One should remember that being 'gay' was not a stigma for most cultures until after Christianity became popular.

Augustus should probably be organized and either imperialistic or charismatic. I'd argue for charismatic because of his grand scheme where he allowed the structure, rights, priviledges, and honors of the republic to remain almost entirely instact (if entirely superficial) while in reality exercising absolute despotism.

He played very well at being unpretentious and ruled despotically without greatly upsetting a population accustomed to and desirous of a republic. Where Julius Caesar was overthrown, Octavian Augustus was FAR more clever and much better at the arts of persuasion and personal charm.

Of course, I can see giving him Imperialistic, too, given the sheer size of the empire at the time and the "Pax Romana" that lasted until less charismatic and clever rulers took the throne he created.

Then again... this is Firaxis. Lord only knows what they'll decide to do. For all we know, Augustus could end up being Creative and Financial.

What's even more bizarre is that if you read the memoirs of some of the survivors of the Gulag, innocent intelligent people convinced themselves that they must have been guilty of something because Comrade Stalin thought they might be.
