I'm a builder and playing arround with armies tends to annoy me, too much micromanagement in moving all those troops and thinking about their health and promotions. So I tend to focus on commando missions. One of the four civs on the other continent is getting too strong and starting to dominate? No problem, 6 fully loaded galleons land, raze the Spanish Christian holy city, withdraw to the boats and everyone are happy.
