Yeah, I'm interested about that. I can see why Philosophical/Industrious is too powerful - basically they'd get every wonder...

Creative/Organised doesn't immediately sound so overpowered though. I have to say, after my last game as China I am loving Organised/Philosophical as a combination. Really nice.

So how do you figure that? It doesn't sound any more powerful than Financial/Organized or Financial/Industrious.

Double great person and double wonder building speed? You'd be able to do some incredible slingshots and grab loads of early wonders.

I read a post somewhere, here or CivFanatics where someone tried it and the results were impressive.

Creative/Organised would be quite good at higher difficulties for an expansionist Civ that tries to have a largish empire and also to push out CPUs. They would also have the cheap army of Organised and extra defense/fast assimilation of Creative. Sounds interesting to me and I feel it compares well with Financial/Industrious.

Creative/organized doesn't sound that strong, but for the expansionist civ it may be a great combo. Just imagine pop rushing cheap theaters and courthouses in all of those captured cities.

I'd like to see an expansion pack, mostly for the new leaders, traits and UUs. Also, bigger differences in leader personalities would be nice, and perhaps make the AI not be so friendly in the end game. Maybe there can be some more causes for diplomatic tension as time progresses. As it is, the longer the time period for open trade and the same religion, the happier civs get with each other. Maybe there has to be a cap on some of the modifiers that make civs pleased or friendly with one another.

Everyone is talking about new units, civs, techs, and leaders, which would all be great. However, I would like to see a couple more civics options for each category, or maybe even a new category of civics (perhaps pluralism or some such). That would make a deep system even deeper, as long as the new choices were properly balanced with existing civics.

I would welcome an expansion pack. Civ III Conquests was definitely worth the money (let us not mention the festering dungheap they called CivIII ptw) .

That sounds good to me, more civic options. In general, things to add more depth and variety offers more strats, keeping civers happier for longer periods of time.

                  Hello all!

What we realy need is Colonization 2. That is what people should be lobbying for. No expansion pack needed here.

Not carolus rex from this forum.

I use to have Carolus Rex on other forums such as the wargamers. The name was already taken here so I had to use this one instead.

I have just searched the "Creations and Files" section here and there appears to be no "Fallen from Heaven."

It's "Fall from Heaven" Not fallen. The thread is here UR:

There's an extreme lack of response here relative to CivFanatics which seems to have a much more active Mod community might be why there weren't many updates to that thread. That had one reply but you can see the 191 PAGE civ fanatics thread on it here:

Fall from Heaven Version 1.0 Download here: Fall from Heaven 1.00g (123 MB, updated 12/16/2006) This Mod requires Civilization 4 patch 1.61 to play. Save games will not work between versions. Fall from Heaven is a Fantasy based mod that brings more focus on the Religion and Promotion...

Whilst 10,000+ dowloads is very impressive for a mod, it's still a fraction of the number of people who'd buy an x-pack.

It's great that both are possibilities.
