Yes. "Runs" is a matter of opinion on such a relic. The game "ran" on my old comp as well (P3 500, 320 Mb RAM, GeForce4 MX 4000) but horribly slow. The whole slideshow in the beginning of the game had time to pass before the map was fully loaded... With my new comp Mr Nimoy hasn´t even time to begin his narration before it´s ready

Yesterday, I downloaded the 1.52 patch, and now the game is lightning quick on my computer.. a Pentium 3 1GHz laptop with GeForce2 32mb
