tell u wot i always do on civ, - i always bump up my technologies and build buildings. Then some one attacks, n ive only got a barbarian in every city! lol. I do it every time - I then rush to make as many military units as i can, end up losin a few cities doin it, once the first war is ova then i start 2 do well cuz i keep making military units.
