So what's been changed since 1.08?

    Not much probably.

    EDIT: quote added.

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

        Changelist is the same.

My game recognizes there is a patch, but it won't download. Possibly an issue with my firewall?

No sooner did I install 1.08, when I saw 1.09 was out. It all works, so I thank for Firaxis for getting this out in time for the holiday.

No, because horses are above ground. Plus, since it visible to everybody it is equal opportunity hogging.

I've bypassed my router, windows and software firewalls but it still won't download just states:

                    Download 0 / -1 Bytes

I don't get why it isn't posted at the civ4 website or the take2 website. :X

If anyone has a link to it please post it.

Someone on the CivFanatics forum put it up. Here's the link:

                      Enjoy !

EDIT: Fixed link. Should work now. Just choose FREE DOWNLOAD, takes some time for the download to start, though.

The horse strategic resource should not be visible until horseback riding is discovered, even though they are above ground, since their utility is not yet known.

Strange... it worked for me. Downloaded the file and updated the game. Anyway, here's an alternative link:

EDIT: Dang, it worked when I tried it in CivFanatics forums. Doesn't seem to work here for some reason.

EDIT 2: Fixed. Link should work now.
