Units heal in turns when they don't move, attack or get loaded into a transport,
    2 questions then:

Do territories of civs that I have open borders with count as neutral, or friendly?

Does a transport moving prevent wounded units that it carries from healing?

      Neutral.

Enemy: any tile within the borders of someone you are at war with.
Neutral: any tile within the borders of someone you have open borders with or tiles outside any cultural radius.
Friendly: your own or your allies territory.

      No. Units heal while transported.

However, I understood Yosho's example to have all units moving that turn, in which case your last sentence should be:
"So, NO the stack does not take advantage of the medic bonus because it moved."

I repeat: The only thing that matters concerning getting the medic bonus is if they end their turn in the same tile as the medic.

The units have march ergo they can heal. Do they end their turn on the same tile as a medic? Yes, So they get the bonus.

Thanks Nacht, you motivated me to use the World Builder and I learned something about Medic and March. I think my experiment confirmed what you said and also provided further clarification (at least to me).

            Conclusions:
            a) movement cancels medic if no march
            b) movement does not cancel medic if march

            The experiment:

I ran 8 cases from a common initial condition. Initially, knights K1, K2, and K3 were on separate tiles with K1 two moves from K3 while K2 was 1 move from K3. Also swordsmen S1 and S2 were on separate tiles one move apart. I used opponent units to reduce the health points as follows:

            K1(2.5)
            K2(7.4) S1(2.6)
            K3(7.0) S2(1.9)

Four different "movement actions" were taken once where none of the knights nor swordsman had march and once when they all had march. The first action, called "Stationary" no units moved and there were no medics involved. The second action called "Advance" K1 and K2 moved to the tile occupied by K3 while S1 moved to the tile occupied by S2 (again no medics involved). The third action called "Stationary Medic" was the same as the second action except this time there were 2 explorers (with medic promotions) one on the K3 tile and one on the S2 tile (the medics did not move). The fourth action called "Advancing Medic" was the same as the second action except this time the medic explorers were 2 tiles away and moved to the K3 and S2 tiles respectively.

The results in the following table show that (a) when the units do not have march they do not heal if the move regardless of whether there is no medic, a stationary medic, or an advancing medic and (b) when the units do have march they heal whether they move or not and they also get bonus healing from the medic whether it moved or not as long as they end their turn on the same tile as the medic.

            Code:
                                  No march March
                                 K1 K2 K3 S1 S2 K1 K2 K3 S1 S2
            1 Initial 2.5 7.4 7.0 2.6 1.9 2.5 7.4 7.0 2.6 1.9
            2 Stationary 3.5 8.4 8.0 3.2 2.5 3.5 8.4 8.0 3.2 2.5
            3 Advance 2.5 7.4 8.0 2.6 2.5 3.5 8.4 8.0 3.2 2.5
            4 Stationary Medic 2.5 7.4 9.0 2.6 3.1 4.5 9.4 9.0 3.8 3.1
            5 Advancing Medic 2.5 7.4 9.0 2.6 3.1 4.5 9.4 9.0 3.8 3.1
Yosho, does this answer your question?

I'll attempt to attach the Save file here for anybody wanting to experiment:
