I understand Great People are invisible.

But is the spy unit invisible?

I'd like to thank Solver for giving daily reports to me the entire time. It really is going to give me a jumpstart. Here is a clip:

        "October 9th:

        clicked next turn
        clicked next turn
        clicked next turn
        clicked next turn..."

From this I deduced an incredible amount: 1) I quickly undertood that we were dealing with a game of a turn-like nature. I am going to call this a 'turn-based' sort of game. 2) I also realized that Solver seemed quite compelled to play just one more turn. 3) Finally, it seemed clear from his entries, which ran several pages, that the game simply couldn't be won in 12 turns or fewer. This suggested that some sort of strategy was taking place. A kind of whacky turn-based strategy game!

Actually, I feel ready for the x-pack, having been so close to the action for so long. Thanks Solver!

How do you think the CTP fans will feel about Civ4?
Anything similar in the way the game works.
I like the large units which is the only thing I can see that reminds of CtP2.

Like you Solver I too have a NDA (No Disclosure Agreement) but would it be possible to just share with the folks here about how Firaxis incorporated you and Ming in the game?

Rumor Controlldom has it that there will be a SOLVER-HALL that takes the place of the Courthouse in build this and trouble makers end up there never to be heard from again?

Also I heard replacing Police Stations in CIV IV with one Maximum Security MingaPulco Island?

Could you elaborate..but please dont tell me

Ming is implemented as a civic choice. The effects are random decreases of population (shipped off to Mingapulco), but an increase in religious effects in all cities - people start praying that Ming doesn't come after them.

                  mod graphics

Solver, did you test civ4 using any modable units or buildings,
                  made by 3rdparty beta testers.?
I'm interested in making some new units and buildings in
                  maya3d or 3dmax for civ4,

                  cheers

                    You too?
And how did they choose to incorporate you in the game? Broadway cinema?

I think he means he has an NDA for another game, GeoModder.
