Let's hope this is easy accesable and not hidden somewhere.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

How can we be sure that it's a game feature and not someone from 3Dgames messing with Paint ?

Maybe... but take a look at the units & the city. The lines are underneath both.

The mention it in this article:
Get video game news, reviews, and videos for thousands of PC, console, and mobile games at Shacknews.

"Team games are now easily set up, and teams have new ways to communicate with each other, from annotating each other's screens (you can literally draw lines to tell people where to go – think of strategizing in football) to sending little pings to alert teammates of important events happening around their map"

I'm sure this is great and all, but I can't see the use of it? At least not in SP.

Hmm, what would be the use of the in SP anyway?

I am excited about nearly everything with Civ 4 from what we know already.

                              But as for this crayola feature . . . . . .
