Great news from Soren there, 10 is enough to give railroads a fair strategic value but not an overpowered one. It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

Soren likes round numbers, that's the reason it's 10.Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

Great! At last you have to worry about how to split your military between two threatened borders.
So we have 3 tiles movement on roads before engineering, 4 tiles on roads after engineering, and 10 tiles on railroads."As far as general advice on mod-making: Go slow as far as adding new things to the game until you have the basic game all smoothed out ... Make sure the things you change are really imbalances and not just something that doesn't fit with your particular style of play." - WesW
