I wonder if the throne room will look that way from the Ancient era to the modern ages. Good screens btw, thanks Drakan!

Though not directly related to this thread, I would just like to say to those who have complained about simplicity that I'm a little intimidated by this game. It is going to take some time to gather a good strategy that incorporates religion, unit upgrades and civics options. I think the game will be a lot more streamlined, but simple is a bit of an overstatement. I'm excited!
It has surely not become a more simple game.
There's much more to incorporate in your tactic indeed.
I think this civ will be the first civ that will not play like the former civs. I could play civ2 like I played civ, and I played civ3 like I played civ2.

They can't show a modern era screenshot because the A.I. is so good that none at Firaxis can survive so long to reach modern times...
Well, we know the epic of the game is in its early to middle age. The modern era is needed only to justify the presence of a previus not existent union of nation, but today very famous...
"We are reducing all the complexity of billions of people over 6000 years into a Civ box. Let me say: That's not only a PkZip effort....it's a real 'picture to Jpeg heavy loss in translation' kind of thing." - Admiral Naismith

Nowhere. Whan I mean is that there isn't any bridge, and those rivers are too wide...They cut the terrain in two. Love the rivers, but they need some kind of bridge
