    Just wondering...

Do the Civ4 leaderheads change as time progresses as they did in Civ3?

    That was cool.

After 6000 years, that would be some nasty appearance.

I think they just are dressed in whatever is the proper clothing for the time the ruler lived in, judging by the screenshots and such... Since there are no hard era lines, then it seems in order for the leaders to change, you still need some sort of events to be triggered maybe by tech advances, or some other things. It doesn't seem to me like that would be the case, judging by the lack of pre-defined eras. I did like the changing leaderheads, though, and maybe they did find some way to incorporate that into the game. Because seeing more modern leaders dressed well in ancient times when people are running around with huge beating sticks would be weird.

            Well put

I agree that they should change with the times, but I think the lack of predefined eras makes that more difficult to implement

                6000 wouldn't be so bad.

It's probably around 60-100 years that most leaders would look really 'nasty'.

Yes, after that they'll look a bit bleak, but for the rest there appearance won't change much.

So, you'd rather be lead by a 6000 year old than a 60-100 years old?

                      Won't you go for eternity?

Oh, being led by God Himself would not be a bad thing really. Can't get any more eternal than that.

Even better, you created the whole kabush then.

While the word "kabush" is not to be found on www.dictionary.com, I'm sure it means something along "thing", as in "the whole thing"?.

Sounds like a good argument though.
